Cup Washer
The cup washer holds the rubber sealing washer in a mill liner bolt assembly. Its recess keeps the seal in position and transfers nut clamping force through the liner fastening system. It is used with mill liner bolts to hold and compress the assembly’s rubber washer.

A cup washer is a metal accessory for mill liner bolts. Its cavity contains the nitrile or rubber seal and helps control seal compression during tightening.
Technical features
Made to drawing from low- or medium-carbon steel. Outside diameter, centre hole, height and cavity depth define the part. Black oxide finish is specified according to the supply requirements.
Applications and assembly
It works with the mill liner bolt, nut and elastomeric washer. Cup geometry must match both the seal and the equipment’s bearing surface.
