Mill Liner Bolt
Mill liner bolts secure liners to the shell of SAG, AG and ball mills. MODEPSA manufactures them to drawing, with a head matched to the liner and rolled or machined threads according to equipment requirements. It secures liners to the shell of SAG, AG and ball mills.

A mill liner bolt holds the liner against the shell during grinding. Its head matches the liner recess, while the threaded end accepts the nut and sealing accessories.
Technical features
Manufactured to drawing: material, strength grade, heat treatment and geometry are specified for the equipment. Tensile strength, yield strength and hardness must match the requested grade; SAE 1045 identifies steel chemistry, not the finished bolt’s strength grade. Rolled or machined threads and black oxide finish follow the order.
Applications and assembly
Used for liner installation and replacement in SAG, AG and ball mills. Assemblies may include a rubber washer, cup washer and stop nut. Pretension follows the mill manufacturer’s installation procedure.
