The clamp surrounds the hose and applies pressure as the screw moves the band. It provides a removable fixing that can be adjusted within its working diameter range.
Technical features
Selection depends on the installed hose outside diameter, band width and assembly material. DIN 3017 is an applicable reference for worm-drive models manufactured to that standard.
Applications and assembly
Used on hose connections, flexible piping and equipment fittings. Band, housing and screw materials must suit the operating environment; individual components may use different materials.
