MODEPSA manufactures washers and rings that spread the load and protect bolted joints. Our range includes hardened flat washers ASTM F436, beveled washers for the sloped surfaces of beams and channels, DTI direct tension indicator washers (ASTM F959) that let you verify the tightening of structural bolts, cup washers for mining mills and NBR rubber washers that absorb vibration and seal the joint. Each washer is produced with dimensional and hardness control, and ships with a batch quality certificate and traceability. They are a key component in steel structures, mills and equipment under vibration: a poorly specified washer can compromise the whole joint, which is why each piece is made to the indicated standard.
