NBR Rubber Washer
The NBR rubber washer helps seal the mill liner bolt opening and cushion vibration at the joint. It fits inside a cup washer as part of the liner fastening assembly. It is used as a seal and cushioning element in mill liner bolt assemblies.

The rubber washer is the flexible sealing element in a mill liner bolt assembly. Compression inside the cup washer allows it to conform around the bolt and helps limit leakage.
Technical features
Material: nitrile rubber, or NBR. Diameters, thickness and hardness are specified to match the bolt and cup recess. Compound selection takes slurry exposure, temperature and operating conditions into account.
Applications and assembly
Used during liner installation and replacement in mining mills. Dimensional compatibility between the rubber washer, cup and bolt is essential for uniform seal compression.
