MODEPSA manufactures industrial nuts for demanding bolted joints in mining, construction and metalworking. Our catalog includes heavy hex nuts ASTM A194 in grades 2H and 8M, stainless steel nuts, nylon-insert lock nuts and the 2H nuts with insert that come with our mill bolt. Each nut is produced from controlled raw material and checked for hardness and dimensions, with a batch quality certificate and documented traceability. We work with black oxide, galvanized and stainless steel finishes, depending on the environment: process plants, exposed structures, coastal areas or corrosive conditions. We always recommend pairing the nut with a bolt and washer of the same standard and grade, because the design load of the joint depends on that combination. We also make special nuts to drawing or sample, with technical advice from our team.
