Beyond its standard catalog, MODEPSA manufactures special fastening elements to drawing or sample for projects that cannot find their solution on the market. We have two production lines in our own plant, hot forging capacity, thread rolling and monitored heat treatment, which lets us develop made-to-measure parts in different materials, grades and finishes, following ASTM, SAE and DIN standards or the customer specification. Every special manufacturing job comes with technical advice from the design stage, quality control at each step and a dossier with quality certificate and traceability from raw material to finished product. Our laboratory, INACAL-accredited for hardness and tensile testing, backs each result. It is the option for spare parts that are no longer available, large-diameter bolts, sizes outside the catalog or parts for specific equipment.
